These cucumber coolers are a must have to beat the summer heat. It has the goodness of cucumbers, limes and mint and is super refreshing. It only requires a handful of ingredients and can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
I’m sure you know how good cucumbers are for you and they can be used in so many dishes, especially salads. My favorite way though is how I used to have them as a kid, sliced with a dash of salt / black salt and red chili powder. If you ever traveled in India by train, vendors would be selling cucumbers and guavas exactly this way at the stations and it’s just a vivid memory I associate with cucumbers. Nevertheless, cucumbers are 80% water so they’re good for hydration, contains anti-oxidants and just makes a good snack (especially after the face mask treatments).
To add some more flavor these coolers, I used mango juice, frozen in ice cubes. Another fruit that screams summer! Without further ado, let’s jump to the recipe to make these cucumber coolers.
